Small manufacturer of handcrafted furniture and tile pieces, Berlin

Problem

Orders, receipts and customer management across several sales channels (direct, marketplace, website) were handled manually and separately.

Solution

A central system for orders, invoices and customers, enhanced with AI-assisted generation of interior-design concepts (product suggestions, color palettes) and paired with a new website as the brand's shopfront – deliberately simple for a non-technical owner to use.

Replaces scattered spreadsheets and manual steps with one central system for orders, invoices and customers, paired with a new website as the brand's shopfront.

Problem

Real estate, bank accounts, stocks/ETFs, crypto and trading were scattered across banking apps, broker portals and spreadsheets – no consolidated view or systematic tax preparation.

Solution

A local, encrypted web app that brings all asset classes, cash flows and tax preparation together in one place – including an AI-guided interview that automatically reviews documents, spots gaps and walks through the tax return.

A consolidated view across asset classes, including automated, AI-assisted tax preparation – built locally and encrypted, with no cloud dependency.

Capital accounts, profit distribution, reporting and broker data feeds needed to be traceable and automated across multiple capital contributors.

A local admin application that automatically ingests broker data, tracks capital accounts per contributor and generates reports.

Tax classification of crypto transactions

Problem

Transactions across multiple exchanges and wallets had to be classified correctly for German tax law – but existing cloud solutions required sending the data to third parties.

Solution

A locally-run application that ingests transactions from various formats, applies wallet-based FIFO accounting and generates the annual tax summary – without financial data ever leaving the local machine.

Result

In recurring annual use for tax preparation – fully local, with financial data never leaving the user's own machine.

One end-to-end tool from quote through time tracking and e-invoicing to a tax cockpit for ongoing bookkeeping – with a built-in AI assistant for briefings and analysis.

Result

In daily use for running the business's own client work – from quote through time tracking to the tax cockpit, fully replacing spreadsheets and Word templates.
