Frequently asked questions about the Readiness Assessment
What is an AI & Automation Readiness Assessment?
An AI & Automation Readiness Assessment is a structured evaluation that uses 18 questions to gauge how ready a business is for automation and AI. It determines a readiness level and three maturity scores (automation potential, data readiness, implementation readiness) and derives concrete quick wins, risks and a recommended next step from them.
How long does the assessment take and what does it cost?
The assessment has 18 questions and takes about 5 minutes. It is completely free and non-binding – at the end you get your personal report right on screen and, if you wish, by email as well.
What results do I get?
You get your readiness level (Orientation, Ready or Scaling), three maturity scores as a graphic, concrete quick wins for your most time-consuming workflows, honestly named pitfalls, a fitting service recommendation and a three-step roadmap for the next step.
Is the evaluation generated by an AI?
No. The evaluation follows transparent, fixed logic based on your answers – not an AI model. This is deliberate: the result is deterministic and transparent, and your answers are not passed to any AI system.
What happens to my answers and data?
Your answers are only used to create the report. Until you submit the form, they never leave your browser. If you enter your email at the end, the report and answers are sent once by email; there is no permanent storage in a database. Details are in the privacy policy.
